Festival : 6th to 8th November 2009

The 6th Annual Denholm Folk Festival ~ Friday 6th to Sunday 8th November 2009.

We found a small clip-on tuner in the small hall of the Village Hall when clearing up after the festival. If anyone has lost it, please contact me and I'll arrange to return it.

We will keep the "tradition" alive, for at least an other year.

Unfortunately the Riverside Caravan Park will NOT be available over the Festival weekend this year. Limited parking MAY be available at the Village Hall/School site.

10 a.m. Catriona Macdonald - Master Class (Intermediate and upwards)
11.30 a.m. Bruce MacGregor - Open Class (not suitable for beginners)

OTHERS:

10 a.m. Colin Sands - Song Writing and The Road
11.30 a.m. Judy Dinning - Shepherds Songs of Northumbria
11.30 a.m. Matt Seattle - Tune Writing

Afternoon - Open Competition at Village Hall.

Evening - Main Concert with Vin Garbutt and Real Time in the Cross Keys - Tickets £14 (concessions £12)

Open mike at Festival Club till late and continuous sessions anywhere and everywhere.
